At the request of the City of Abbeville Government, we are announcing that the 8:30 curfew for minors without supervision goes into effect on Thursday, May 4th.
School Age students who are working need to be able to show some sort of work ID or photo ID if they are stopped returning from work.
The city will be working with the school system and is aware of events that will be taking place that will be occurring past the curfew. They will notify law enforcement of these special events.
All students from our school system need to be made aware of this curfew law as it will not only effect our minors attending our Abbeville Schools. Please make your children aware.
